"Pretty smooth ticket experience"
I got my tickets through arsenal.com and, the prices were better than I thought they’d be. I mean, maybe I was just expecting them to be ridiculous because it’s Arsenal, but it didn’t feel too crazy for a club that size. The seat options were easy to understand too, unless I’m remembering it better than it was. Checkout was straightforward, and I didn’t get hit with any weird last-minute fees. I’d probably use it again for sure

I ordered from Arsenal.com the whole checkout process was really straightforward. I could edit my basket without any hassle, the payment went through on the first try, and the confirmation email arrived almost immediately. There weren’t any annoying extra steps or random errors, which I always appreciate. From choosing the item to completing the order, it only took a few minutes. Overall, I’d say it was a really good experience and I’d be happy to order from them again

"Super Easy Order, Now I’m Just Impatiently Waiting!"
I ordered a shirt from the arsenal shop the whole thing was ridiculously smooth. I got the confirmation email almost instantly, which made me feel like everything was actually under control for once! Checkout was super simple, no weird issues or annoying steps, so I was genuinely relieved. Now I’m just sitting here dramatically waiting for delivery like it’s the most important package in the world.

"I got the Arsenal membership mainly…"
I got the Arsenal.com membership mainly so I’d have a better shot at tickets, it’s been useful. It’s definitely not cheap, which is a bit annoying, but the priority access and little perks do make it feel worth it most of the time. The website can be painfully slow when everyone’s trying to get in, which drives me mad, but then again I’ve still managed to get what I needed. So yeah, overall I’m happy with it, even if it has its moments

I was able to get into my account really fast today, which was a nice change. I’ve had moments before where logging in felt a little annoying, so I was expecting at least some kind of hiccup. But this time everything worked smoothly with no issues.

"A solid way to keep up with Arsenal"
Bottom line, Arsenal.com is a really good site for staying updated on the club. I check it often, and the content is always easy to browse without feeling cluttered. Match news, interviews, and general updates are simple to find, and I like that they post regularly without making it feel like too much. It’s just a solid, reliable place to keep up with what’s going on

"Refund Came Through, Just Took a While"
My return was accepted without any issue, but the whole process took longer than I expected. Compared to other places I’ve returned items to, the tracking updates weren’t very helpful, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. I did eventually get my refund, but it felt a bit slower than it should’ve been.

"It looked really nice when I…"
It looked really nice when I first got it, so I was happy at first. But after a short time, the stitching started coming loose, which was annoying because now I have to deal with fixing it or returning it. I didn’t expect to have extra work for something brand new.

"Good for Arsenal updates, but it could be smoother"
I’m an Arsenal fan through and through, so I really want to love using arsenal.com on my phone. For the basics, it does the job, news and fixtures are easy to find, and I still check it because it’s the official site. But some pages feel a bit slow and cluttered, and the shop section wasn’t the smoothest experience for me. I’ll keep using it because it’s Arsenal, but I do find myself wishing it was a bit cleaner and faster.

I bought from arsenal.com the payment went through no problem at all. The confirmation came quick too, which was nice. I’m giving 4 stars only because at checkout the page was feeling a bit slow for me, but payment issues I didn’t have any.

"Good shirt, but felt a bit ignored"
I ordered an Arsenal home shirt with my name on the back and, to be fair, it turned up better than I expected. The printing is clean and straight, and the size was spot on. Delivery was actually a bit quicker than I thought too. The only thing is I did feel a bit ignored when I tried to check on my order, as I didn’t really get much of a response. Still, the shirt itself is great and I’m happy with it overall. I’d probably use them again.
